Escape


   "But how? How ca--" I guess I should really start from the beginning.

    My name is Klye.It all started when I moved to, ugh, what is that? Well I think it says...sc--am
street or something like that. Anyways, there's this rumor going around about a "demon" living
on the street.  Since I've heard that, I wish I had never moved.


    One day at school, my friends were talking about the old, abandond house with the "demon". Then,
they dared me to go inside! Like always, I was thinking no, which is what I meant, but I said Okay, but
on one condition, Kazume comes with me.


    The night came and Kazume and I were freaked out, No-one had been in that house for over 9 years
because of the rumor. "Almost 11:00" I said she didn't reply. I guess she was mad at me for bringing her
into this.  11:00, time to go.

    We walked in as the door slowly creaked open. It wasn't surprising about what was inside, furniture thrown
around everywhere, the shocking thing was, no of it had any dust.  As we lingered around the house we heard
strange noises coming from up-stairs, did I mention was it was a 3 story house?

    We were up on the second floor now and we saw foot-prints, but they weren't human. We entered a certain
room, I'm not sure what it was, but it looked like a, ritual room? I saw a pot and looked inside, it had a red liq--
"BLOOD!" I yelled, Kazume followed.

    Okay, we've explored the 1st floor, nothing. The 2nd floor, a freaky ritual room. Now, the 3rd floor.
It was dark and dank up there so without knowing we were closer than we thought. We heard a bang and I jumped
but Kazume screamed and hugged me.  Without thinking, I hugged her back. We stood there for about 5 seconds
before she backed away and said sorry.

    Feeling akward since that hug, we walked along the hallway untill we came across a room with red light. She grabbed
my hand and said, "Before we go in, um, I - I love you!" and she Kissed me! A minute pass and I felt like the nervousness
had passed. "I - I love you too."

    We opened the door slowly. So much for luck! Remember the rumor? It was true! There it hung from the ceiling, red eyes,
black skin, crawling around. We ran but it followed. "We have to escape!" Kazume yelled. "But how? How can we?" I asked.
"Kyle! Do you trust me?" She asked. I hesitated, "Y-yes!" I replied. "We have to jump out the window!" she said. "Jump out the
window! But we might die!" I yelled. " I know, but if we die, we'll die together!" Kazume said, tears streaming down her face. I
trusted her but. "Okay!" I said. Idiot! I thought, there I go again speaking without thinking. Well I had no choise. Dang! One story
a no win-- finally! We found a window, but Kazume trips! I picked her up and we got to the window and jumped. Luckly the thing
stayed in, unluckily we both broke our arm but at least we were alive.

    Well, I found out the street name and got out alive. Myfriends were still freaked out. and well Kazume and I are going out. Oh, Yeah the street name! Scream Street, pretty freaky,huh?
